July 31- August 7, 2027Return to Self: A Greece Yoga Retreat
with Lauren Leduc | True Love Yoga
July 31-August 7, 2027 | Amorgos, Greece | Aegealis Hotel & Spa
A week to step away from the noise of daily life and return to what matters most.
Through intentional practice, meaningful connection, and the beauty of the Greek coast, this retreat offers space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself.
The Invitation
There is a rhythm to your life.
The responsibilities you hold.
The people you care for.
The pace you keep.
And even when it’s meaningful, it can be a lot to carry.
This retreat is an invitation to set some of that down.
To be held instead of holding everything.
To step out of your routine and into a space where your only responsibility is to practice, rest, and be.
Not to become someone new.
But to return to yourself.
The Experience
Each day is intentionally designed to feel spacious, grounding, and deeply nourishing.
Morning Practice
We begin the day with breath, meditation, and an energizing vinyasa practice. Thoughtful sequencing, clear alignment, and space for exploration.
Slow Afternoons
Time to rest by the pool, explore the coastline, walk through nearby villages, or simply do nothing at all.
Evening Rituals
Gentle practices, restorative shapes, journaling, and conversation. A chance to integrate, reflect, and soften.
Shared Meals
Fresh, nourishing food enjoyed together. Long tables, meaningful conversation, and the simple joy of being present.
Space for You
This retreat is not about filling every moment. It is about creating space for what wants to emerge.
Sample Daily Flow
A general rhythm for our days together:
Morning meditation + vinyasa practice
Breakfast
Free time or optional excursion
Rest / pool / beach
Evening practice (restorative, yin, or workshop)
Dinner + connection
Each day will have a natural flow, while leaving room for rest, spontaneity, and personal space.
The Venue
Our home for the week will be the beautiful Aegialis Hotel & Spa on the island of Amorgos, Greece—one of the most peaceful and breathtaking islands in the Cyclades.
Perched above the Aegean Sea with sweeping ocean views, Aegialis offers the rare combination of natural beauty, comfort, warmth, and intentional retreat spaces. This is not a crowded tourist destination or a fast-paced resort experience. Amorgos is quieter, slower, and deeply grounding- an island that invites you to truly exhale.
The property itself is designed with both restoration and connection in mind.
The hotel features multiple dedicated yoga shalas overlooking the sea, allowing us to practice in open-air spaces surrounded by light, fresh air, and the sound of the ocean. These spaces are thoughtfully designed for retreat groups and create an incredible atmosphere for meditation, movement, and deep presence.
Aegialis is also home to several beautiful restaurants and gathering spaces featuring fresh Mediterranean cuisine, local ingredients, and stunning sunset views. Meals become part of the experience here-slow, nourishing, communal, and deeply enjoyable.
One of the highlights of the property is the award-winning Lalon Idor Spa, inspired by ancient Greek healing traditions. The spa includes:
an indoor seawater pool
sauna and hammam
massage and body treatments
hydrotherapy experiences
quiet spaces for rest and renewal
Whether you spend your afternoons receiving a massage, reading by the pool, walking to the beach, or simply sitting with a cup of coffee overlooking the water, the environment itself becomes part of the practice.
The hotel is also within close proximity to charming villages, beaches, hiking paths, and the iconic beauty Amorgos is known for—offering the perfect balance of retreat structure and spacious freedom.
More than anything, Aegialis feels like a place to land.
A place to soften.
A place to remember yourself.
